President's Message - Summer 2026
On Sunday, August 9 the Branch is hosting a BBQ to celebrate the Legion centenary, this year is also the Pro Patria centenary. The food on offer is hamburgers, jumbo hotdogs, cob corn and a choice of two salads. Hope many will join us. No cost for Branch members.
I also want to update you on Branch projects provided for in our annual budget. These projects have been completed drawing upon volunteers. As a result, our costs have been minimal … being the materials used.
- Parking lot curbing, line painting and fencing upgraded.
- Lounge and stage carpets have been replaced. Sound baffles installed.
- Floating dance floor has been sanded, oiled and waxed.
- Replacement curtains installed in the Lounge.
- Installed improved lighting and mood lighting.
Do stop round to enjoy these Branch improvements.
Branch performance measures membership, engagement and finances remains strong.
